30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new ProfitBeacon subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Pro) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free tier.
Subscription Renewals
For subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
- Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the billing date
- If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the Service during that period, contact us for a courtesy refund consideration
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial subscription purchase
- Accounts that have made substantial use of premium features
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated
- Complimentary or gifted access

Chargebacks
